Toys intended for children over 10 years old should not be listed on the Baby Bunting platform.
As part of the listing process of babywear where it is identified in the Category Compliance Requirements (below), you must provide a recent test report confirming compliance with standards.
Furthermore, any claims such as greenwashing claims about a product must be supported by a report or claim substantiation certificate from manufacturer/supplier (wherever applicable) and you may refer to our Marketplace Advertising Guidelines for more information.
Baby Bunting will conduct regular audits and may request additional information to verify the safety and compliance of your products. If this information is not provided within a given timeline, Baby Bunting has the authority to remove your products from our website under clause 4.5 of the Marketplace participation agreement.

children's products containing more than 1% diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP).
For Toys Containing Magnets -- Submit a test report for:
- Consumer Goods (Toys Containing Magnets) Safety Standards 2020
- Consumer Protection Notice No.5 of 2012 – Ban on small high-powered magnets.
For lead and certain elements in Children’s toys:
