Baby Bunting will conduct regular audits and may request additional information to verify the safety and compliance of your products. If this information is not provided within a given timeline, Baby Bunting has the authority to remove your products from our website under clause 4.5 of the Marketplace participation agreement.

Test Report and Compliance Document Criteria: 

• Please note that the compliance and safety standard test reports submitted should not be more than three years old.
• The reports need to be in AU format/standards or in a format that suffices AU standards.

Mandatory Requirement

• Submit a colourfastness test report.

• Submit a test report showing compliance with the Consumer Goods (Children’s Nightwear and Limited Daywear and Paper Patterns for Children’s Nightwear) Safety Standard. 

• Add a supporting image showing the fire rating label attached to the garment. 

TODDLER PILLOW

Mandatory Requirements

• Add a disclaimer within the product description:

  Red Nose recommends waiting until the child is over two years old and no longer sleeping in a cot or portable cot before introducing pillows into their sleep environment.

• Any reference to below 2 years old (packaging, image, or description) is not allowed.

WHITE NOISE MACHINE

Mandatory Requirements

• Submit a test report showing compliance with the following:
  • AS/NZS 62368.1:2018 - Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment - Part 1: Safety requirements
  • AS/NZS 4268:2017 - Radio Equipment
  • AS/NZS CISPR 15:2017 or EN 55015 - Radio Frequency
  • EESS registration number: If the product comes with an adaptor.

• Add the amperage of the adaptor; e.g.  operates on a 0.5A, 1Amp
  

Additional Requirements

• If the product comes with light:
  
  • Submit a test report showing compliance with the following:
    • AS/NZS 60598.1:2017 +A2:2020 - Luminaires - Part 1: General requirements and tests
    • AS/NZS 60598.2.4:2019 - Luminaires Requirements, Part 2
    • Photobiological Safety testing

• If the product comes with Bluetooth:
  
  • Submit a Bluetooth license agreement.
