How do I update or change my account details? 

Account details such as store description, returns policy, contact details can be easily updated via the seller portal. 

To update store description and returns policy, please follow these steps: 

1. In your seller portal, go to: My Account > Settings 
2. Update the description as per your requirements 
3. Update the returns policy as per your requirements (keeping the changes in line with the ACCC requirements) 
4. Click Save 

To update contact details, please follow these steps: 

1. In your seller portal, go to: My Account > Settings > Contact Details 
2. Make the necessary changes and click save 

Please note any changes to the bank account details will trigger the store be blocked until we can verify the new details for security purposes.
