What can I use the seller portal for?
The seller portal can be used for the following purposes:
Viewing and processing orders:
Sellers can view and process their orders from the Mirakl seller portal. Please click here (add order processing section link) for more information on this.
Sellers who are integrated via API should process their orders via the API endpoints and not through the seller portal.
Contacting the BabyBunting team or the customer:
Sellers can contact the Baby Bunting team by using the message section available at the order level. At this stage, all seller queries will go through Baby Bunting’s customer service and there won’t be a direct method to communicate with the customer.
Searching for orders
You can search for past and current orders using the order ID or customer last name under My Orders section.
Managing Inventory and Importing files
Sellers can manage their offers, including updating stock and price, via the My Inventory section in the seller portal. This is not required for sellers listing products using a template, FTP or API integration methods.
Sellers can import files with new products and offers using My Inventory > Import from file section. This can be used to update existing products and offers or add new ones to the shop.
View Statements and Transactions
Sellers can view their statements under My Account > My Statements and order transactions under My Account > Transactions.
Adding in a new user
Sellers can add a new user for their store under My Account > User Management section. For more information, please refer here.
Settings
Sellers can view and update their store profile, bank account & contact details, returns information, shipping configuration through My Account > Settings section.
