There might be situations where a customer would like to return the item and as a third-party seller, it is your responsibility to ensure that the returns process is well defined.
The returns policy should comprise of:
- Proper instructions on the return’s procedure
- Information about change of mind returns
- What can/can’t be returned
- Who pays for postage
The returns policy should not include:
- Warehouse or factory address
- Phone numbers or mobile numbers
- Emails or website forms/links
- Fax numbers
