How do I define my returns process?

There might be situations where a customer would like to return the item and as a third-party seller, it is your responsibility to ensure that the returns process is well defined.  

The returns policy should comprise of: 

  1. Proper instructions on the return’s procedure 
  2. Information about change of mind returns 
  3. What can/can’t be returned 
  4. Who pays for postage 

The returns policy should not include: 

  1. Warehouse or factory address 
  2. Phone numbers or mobile numbers 
  3. Emails or website forms/links 
  4. Fax numbers 

Please note that all the communication should be done through your seller portal only.
