Shop Description is a brief introduction to your business and the products that you are selling on our marketplace. It is good to include brands and the type of products that you stock in the store description.

Returns Policy

Returns Policy should have detailed information about your returns procedure, and it should be in line with the ACCC’s guidelines around consumer returns.

It is recommended that you include:

• Full returns process
• What products can be returned?
• What products cannot be returned and why?
• Information on change of mind returns
• Who pays for postage?
• Warranty information
