It is important to keep the contact and account details accurate and up to date.
Contact Details help us get in touch with you or your team in case there is an urgent request or escalation that we need to resolve on the customer’s behalf.
Bank account details need to be accurate to ensure that you are paid on time by Baby Bunting.
Both contact details and bank account details can be updated by following these steps:
- In your seller portal, go to: My Account > Settings
- Click on Contact details
- Ensure that all the mandatory fields are filled in
- Click Save
Note: If you want to update the bank account details, please ensure you have communicated this to our team as we will need to verify the change before activating the store.
