How to message a customer
Keeping your customers up to date with everything related to their orders is the best method of ensuring a great customer experience.
At Baby Bunting, as customer experience is of utmost importance, our dedicated marketplace customer service agent will be working closely with you to convey any messaging or updates to the customers.
To reach out to the Baby Bunting agent regarding a specific order, please use these steps:
- In your seller portal, go to: My Orders > All Orders
- Click into the order number
- On the top right hand side, click “Messages” tab > click Start a Conversation
- Select the recipient as "Operator" (and not "customer")*
- Add in a clear subject for the message
- Add in the body of your message
- Click send
To reach out to the Baby Bunting agent for any urgent matter, please email directly on: marketplacesupport@babybunting.com.
The recipient should be selected as "Operator" and not "customer" because we have not yet enabled the direct communication between a seller and customer.
