How to handle customer queries?

If there are any queries from our customers, they will be conveyed to you by our customer service agent via seller portal or via calls. 

To view and respond to a query, please use the following steps: 

  1. In your seller portal, go to: My Orders > All Orders 
  2. Search for the relevant order using order number 
  3. Click into the order number 
  4. Click into the messages tab and you will be able to view and respond to the query
  5. Please make sure to select the recipient as "Operator". 

You may also respond to a query from the Messages section in your seller portal: 

  1. In your seller portal, click into: My Messages 
  2. In the search bar, key in the Order ID 
  3. Click into the message and you will be able to view the complete thread 

Please ensure that you respond to the queries with complete details and as much information as possible to assist in reaching a quicker resolution. 

Note: Currently, as a seller you can only contact the Baby Bunting team via the Mirakl messaging system for any customer service or order related queries.
