To get in touch with our team regarding any order query, please use these steps:
- In your seller portal, go to: My Orders > All orders
- Click into the order number that is in question
- On the top right-hand side, click: Messages tab
- Click on 'Start a Conversation'
- Select 'Operator' as the recipient
- Type in your query and press send
Once your query has been received, our agents will aim to respond within 24 hours from the time of receipt.
