To get in touch with our team regarding any order query, please use these steps:  


  1. In your seller portal, go to: My Orders > All orders  
  2. Click into the order number that is in question  
  3. On the top right-hand side, click: Messages tab 
  4. Click on 'Start a Conversation'
  5. Select 'Operator' as the recipient
  6. Type in your query and press send  

Once your query has been received, our agents will aim to respond within 24 hours from the time of receipt.
