Recalls are typically related to product safety and compliance issues. If a recall is undertaken (either voluntarily by a supplier or because of an action of a regulator) Baby Bunting will remove these affected recalled products from the marketplace and inform the affected sellers accordingly.
It is the seller’s responsibility not to list any recalled products on the marketplace.
A seller must immediately notify Baby Bunting if a recall has been initiated for their product via direct email to [email protected] or ticket submission through our helpdesk.
Baby Bunting’s marketplace team will monitor the information on the ACCC website to ensure that affected products are not available for sale.
Baby Bunting marketplace team may send you an email notification with the information about the recalled items. If you receive a notification, you must review your inventory and remove the listings that might be affected by the notification. Do not ship any pending orders for the affected products once you become aware of the recall. Offering recalled products in the Baby Bunting marketplace may result in a suspension or permanent removal of selling privileges.
It is highly recommended that sellers keep up to date about recalls in Australia by subscribing to the ACCC’s product recall notification service by following this link.
