How to add a new user

Adding a new user:

A shop can have multiple users. The shop admin can administrate users linked to the stores to ensure they get access to relevant information and features only.

To add a new user, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your marketplace account
  2. Go to My Account > User Management
  3. On the right hand corner, click Create user
  4. Input the email address for the user
  5. Select roles that are relevant to the user (e.g.: Inventory Management and Support for a customer service user)
  6. Click Save


The user will be sent an invite to login on the email specified.
