Adding a new user:
A shop can have multiple users. The shop admin can administrate users linked to the stores to ensure they get access to relevant information and features only.
To add a new user, please follow these steps:
- Login to your marketplace account
- Go to My Account > User Management
- On the right hand corner, click Create user
- Input the email address for the user
- Select roles that are relevant to the user (e.g.: Inventory Management and Support for a customer service user)
- Click Save
The user will be sent an invite to login on the email specified.
