To upload tracking information, please ensure the order is accepted first and then use these steps:
- In your seller portal, go to: My Orders > Orders in Progress
- Search for the relevant order using the order number or customer’s last name
- Click into the order number
- Click on the shipping section within the order details page
- Chose the correct courier and add correct tracking number
- Click confirm shipment
This will notify the customer and provide them the dispatch details.
