How do I upload or edit tracking information?

To upload tracking information, please ensure the order is accepted first and then use these steps: 

1. In your seller portal, go to: My Orders > Orders in Progress 
2. Search for the relevant order using the order number or customer’s last name 
3. Click into the order number 
4. Click on the shipping section within the order details page 
5. Chose the correct courier and add correct tracking number 
6. Click confirm shipment 

This will notify the customer and provide them the dispatch details.
