As a seller, it is your responsibility to ensure your offer data is up to date to avoid any out-of-stock situation.
In any unforeseen circumstances, if you receive order for an item that is out of stock, please get in touch with our customer service agent as soon as possible.
To do so, please use the following steps:
- In your seller portal, go to: My Orders > All orders
- Search for the relevant order using the Order ID or customer’s last name
- Click into the order
- Click Contact us on right hand side
- Add in all the relevant details
Once we have received the response, we will convey it to the customer and aim to resolve the situation promptly.
In case the stock is delayed, please follow the above and we will get the customer to chose if they want a refund or if they are happy to wait for the item.
