How to view refund history?

Refund history can be viewed from either the orders section or the transactions section in your seller portal. 

To view refund history in the orders section: 

1. In your seller portal, click into: My orders > All orders
2. Search for the relevant order number using the order number or the customer’s last name
3. Click into the order number
4. Click into history tab

To view refund history in the transactions section: 

1. In your seller portal, click into My Account > Transactions
2. Search for the relevant order number using the order number
3. The order cost breakdown will be displayed
